Harvest Bosses bugged and stuck in spawning phase

Hello!

I recently got my first harvest boss, which was the yellow one, but had to abandon, because he got stuck in his second phase, endlessly spawning mobs.
i tried leaving the grove, leaving the map, dying... nothing worked. so i checked and it seemed like this issue has been encountered by others as well.

today, i got my second harvest boss - the blue one - and exactly the same thing happened, which made me think that it might be one of my characters' mechanics that's triggering this bug. the most likely trigger is the ascendancy passive which has a chance to freeze everything nearby every 4 seconds - i think they might not like being frozen in phase 2, but thats just a guess.
