Kirac Altas mission bug

I have done several altas mission already, after i did one unique map mission the altas mission problem appear.
Everytime i talk to commander kirac and press the altas mission button, the mission list window didnt pop out. And the kirac logo in the map device gone grey. Please help to fix this
Try to reinstall the game…etc whatever i am able to do. And i am not in group.
