Missing Portal from Core Supporter Pack (Console)

Recently i bought the Vaal Serpent-God Supporter Pack but i cannot find the Portal anywhere. I know what to look for, so i certainly haven't missed it. And i got all the other items. Restarting didn't help either, and it's been 3 or 4 days since i got it. @Team any idea? Last bumped on Apr 8, 2024, 1:25:55 PM

I wonder if maybe you are thinking about the Map device? The Vaal Serpent-God Supporter pack comes with the Atzoatl Map Device. The Karui Elemancer Supporter Pack comes with the Chieftain Portal Effect. | |

It is not an alternative to the existing one and not in my hideout stash either. |
