The Eradicator stuck at low life

As I was doing a deli map The Eradicator got stuck at low life and didn't move just sat there for ever. I gave up and left

I just had the same issue. Also had delirium (permanent), he froze at the first phase and never transitioned. So he became unkillable, not taking any damage. Had to just leave the map.

Happened for me too (Purifier).
Nuked him when he was doing Delirium Unique mob animation and got him down to transition HP, but there he just got stuck. Tried logging in and out, leaving/entering map, did not help. Was a nice map :'(  |
