Why does the game crash

Sometimes I enter the portal of guardian maps, the game will crash. This situation occurs intermittently, it may appear after 20 guardian maps and I can enter the regular map portal. After clicking on the portal, the game crashes but does not consume the portal. Maybe in ten minutes, I can enter guardian maps again.
