Maven witnessed elder guardian doesn't transition between phases

My best recollection of what happened
- I got constrictor down to 2/3 HP very quickly, during it's spawn animation
- In the span of that ~second, maven used regeneration ability on a constrictor
- There was a delirium in the map. It was ending, but ended after the fact I think

As a result of some combination of the above, constrictor just stands there at 2/3 HP, cannot be damaged and doesn't transition to the next phase.
I tried to log out and come back, it didn't fix it

Yep exact same for me.
Happened two times already.

Multiple threads already for the same issue. Disable Delirium keystone and end Delirium before ending boss arena, no issues.

except this is probably one of the "day 1" thread, that player should reply and bump on.
