Horrible technical support work

Hello, my account was hacked more than 21 days ago. I contacted technical support when I discovered my account was stolen about 7 days ago.
During these days I sent all the data that was asked of me.
1. I was asked for a huge amount of data, [Removed by Support] even though they answer me once every few hours and cannot request everything at once in one message
I sent all the data that they asked for, [Removed by Support], after that they asked me to send all the mail that I used and I did it.
2. After I did this, they stupidly stopped answering me, more than 4 days have already passed and no answer! How can you do this for so long!? Isn’t it clear that they logged into the account from a different IP and changed the data?
