Unable to Bind ` Key. ( Bug report reference 1,958,570,968)

Have always been binding ` key as inventory. It works well until 10mins ago when it just refused to open the inventory menu, after a death to hideout event. Tried changing to other key, quit game, and reset to ` key but it didnt work.
