T17 Map drops bugged for some accounts/characters?

Our group has all 4 voidstones socketed and we've been running maps trying to get some T17 maps to drop to give them a try and after a couple hundred T16 map drops (400-500+) including random maps + favoured Jungle Valley + Defiled Cathedral... Enough drops to fill up 3 map tabs of JV and DC, We haven't gotten a single T17 map drop. Nothing that converts maps like Singular Focus is active on our atlas trees.

While I am very much aware that despite our bad luck, we could just go buy them every time we want to try them, my concern is for SSF and we would like to do a private league. I know this has been an issue a few times in the past, like with resonators back in Delve league, so I figured I'd at least ask in here.

I have yet to have a T17 map drop.
I think there is some unknown issue because they said it was rare but not super rare

I've been wondering the same, it might be because of a bugged/bad interaction between Atlas nodes/Notables. I play standard this league and when I run my corrupted maps, depending on the Atlas I use I either get one T17 map in ten T16 maps or one T17 in three T16 maps.

I have an Atlas tree that's fully spec'ed in maps with Back to Basic and Twist of Fate, cartography scarabs, and I get roughly one T17 in ten T16. Sometimes I don't even see a T16 map drop at all. The same thing happens with my other Atlas tree fully spec'ed with Harbinger nodes and the Delirium Unending Nightmare node.

The other day I got fed up and I made another tree that's mixed with Harvest, Anarchy/Rogue Exile, Torment nodes and Twist of Fate. When I run my corrupted maps using this Atlas tree I get one T17 every three or four T16 maps. The T17 maps drop like clockwork compared to my other two Atlas trees.
