It seems for this skill that if you are higher or lower elevation to a mob, that the skill only hits but doesn't do the DoT effect

it is very annoying :(((((

the Dot effect also no longer triggers if the mobs are through fences or behind objects like rocks even though you are hitting them.
I played this all last league as well and this didn't happen. | |

Also if you are too close to a mob and hit them, more times than not the dot effect wont trigger and you know it hits because the health bar goes down.
