Showing offline on trade ( multiple accounts)

I noticed I haven't had any whispers all day and listed my empower for 1c. I did not get spammed for it so I knew something was wrong. I went to the trade site and it was not showing up under recently listed. I then searched my account. Nothing shows up unless I select "any" for the online status. Same thing happened to my alt account when I traded it some items to list. Nothing is showing and this is hurting my experience of the game and I'm not getting the same as other players, which I'm pretty sure isn't allowed.

How do I fix this?
