MTX bug or intented?

Hi all,

I recently purchased Mystery box(es) and was fortunate enough to get the new map device that looks like a tree but also has an UI that essentially show the number of maps player has completed.

my doubt here is, i can see the UI on the tree device when its in the humongous form (that to only after i complete a map), the UI is not readily available / visible on the device.

But when i swap the tree device from its Humongous form to a slightly smaller version of the same, i dont see the UI for map tracking completely. i am really confused and would like to know if i have wasted a 100$ purchase, coz i wanted a map device that would track either time or the map count.

Pls Share any info on the same.
