Refund Microtransactions

Can I refund all microtransactions purchased for points? I felt it wasn't aesthetically appropriate to buy them and look at them in-game. I contacted support@grindinggear.com but kept getting rejected. It affects the upgrade plan for subsequent support packages because the entire microtransaction is inconsistent. It's good if you have tools to help you build costumes.
