Kirac Mission bug and potential temporary fix

Kirac missions not available.
option on map device was grey and non clickable.
kirac doesnt give the talk option either.

After collecting the reward to get the kirac mission x3 reward, i can access from map and talk option with the NPC.

(yes i did read patchnotes and i also rushed for kirac missions, so i had early passives in kirac and alot of chances to get a mission as you can see from my questline)
