In game screenshot tool takes black screenshots

Previously I have been able to take screenshots in the game. This league, when trying to take screenshots for another bug report, the generated screenshots are completely black, even after closing PoE. They were created using F8 key.

Is this tool working for anyone else?

I have the same issue with any screenshot I take. The screenshot turns out black/blank. I found out that screenshots work correctly if I close POE Overlay.
