Karui Elemancer Supporter Pack

Is it possible to toggle Karui Elemancer armor for the legs version like with the Vaal Scerpent-God Supporter Pack? "Flaming tornado" is too many effects for me and it would be really great if it can be turned off. I really love Karui lore and very happy with the purchase, but I also don't like too much effects and stick to more minimalistic things. Thanks for the answer!
