I have a Grievance to settle with Support.

Hello i am seeking help from support to settle a grievance with the support team over an issue i'd rather not go into great detail publicly as its been stated i'll be in trouble if i do, I do not trust email communication with GGG as that is how this problem in large part came to become a Grievance rather than simply an unfortunate mistake.

Email communication is the only communication you'll get, the only reply here will be them telling you to email them.

Email is perfectly fine to use there should be no misunderstanding unless you are miscommunicating your issue or answers.

This thread is directly addressed to support, Unless you're claiming to be a member of support please refrain from involving yourself in this matter as i can not speak with you about it and as such can not explain to you why exactly i am forced to take this approach.

Hello Jenn_GGG and thanks for the reply, i am fairly well versed on your operating procedures and of course i would not request you to discuss this private matter in a public forum.. however i am requesting that i am allowed to speak to a support Representative here via the PM system and i would be glad to explain why i am requesting this privately but i can not here as support has said they will punish me for doing so.

I have no issues using email after the initial contact with Support, I just have some questions and an explanation of why i requested this before i intend to ask any questions but im not just going to blindly PM random support members because as you might know that's also something i'll be punished for quite severely in fact.

Chances are, support staff are physically located on top of each other in same space of GGG office, so they'll all know what you pm to one of them. If you need truly different communication channel, blindly pm'ing someone high-ranked at GGG may be your only choice.

I kind of wish i had when this all began it might have saved me a lot of grief but i would have had to contact someone pretty high up considering the information which i specifically can not share.

For now i shall reach out as a human being hoping that another human being exists on the other end but hey Chris Wilson if you wanna get involved please do.

That was a joke about Chris as if he has time for this kind of stuff but i certainly wouldn't mind someone with some authority taking a look at it.
