supernova level-up extra effect not working

maybe im just dumb but its not working i equiped all the solar gear, turtle hideout, my other level up effect works normally its a ring that only works if its equiped. but this time there was no ring so i tried to unequip this ring effect and even then nothing happens just the normal level-up effect... can someone help me pls?
