Frozen game under my Xbox profile

i updated the game, when i sign in under my profile, the game authenicates
and freezes will not do anything. i have to close the game out. if i change to my wifes account on same xbox i am able to do everything creat a new character
enter game, everything. but my main account the game freezes and have to close game and reopen. i have uninstalled and deleted save data and no fix? any help?

issue fixed had to remove account from xbox and add it back
