Use of POE Music As Part of An Item Filter

I'd like to use some short sections of POE theme music in an item filter. Is it OK to do this? At some point I'd like to make my item filter available for download, perhaps, for example, as a download from an online source such as Github. What sort of Copyright statement should I make with regard to the POE theme music I use?
