Is there a method to tell if a micro transaction will carry over to PoE 2?

If not, could one be added? Stuff like Exile's Pilfering Ring, armors, etc i'd love to know for sure if it carried over and it would encourage more people to buy if they knew they'd have it available in PoE 2.

Thats the question though "as long as the microtransaction is compatible with both games" How are we supposed to know if its compatible with both games unless we are told its compatible?

So is stuff like the exiles pilfering ring, all the variations of portal effects, firework back attachments, and the misc stuff like that going to be compatible with PoE 2?



I'm wanting to buy the Exiles Pilfering ring for instance when its available, but unsure if thats going to be available in PoE 2
