Elemancer decoration does not produce snow weather when activated

I just purchased the karui elemancer pack with the intent to add snow weather to my hideout, unfortunately it seems that it currently only adds the creeping fog effect and not the snow weather that was shown in the preview video. I believe this decoration is currently bugged. I have tested this in many different hideouts and the result is the same, just fog with no snow.
