Occasional flashing yellow rectangle in center of screen

Hi GGG,

Playing SSF exsanguinate scion and occasionally seeing flashing yellow rectangle in center of screen when killing mobs. Lasts 2-4 seconds and doesn't affect anything but is annoying. Never seen this on any other skill and I only saw on this character which I started a few weeks ago
