Galvanic Field Doesn't work with Blastchain Mine Support

I'm not seeing any tags that prevent the two from working together. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Galvanic Field's functionality would mean the mines wouldn't actually do anything.
Galvanic Field applies a buff to the caster, which in this case would be the mine (which then dies and loses the buff anyways). For the spell to do damage, the caster has to apply a shock to an enemy--but the mines cannot shock, because all they can do is cast Galvanic Field. | |
