Cardinal Sanctus Vox bug (thread about non killable legion general, yep you guess it right)

i saw a lot of generals with "features", most of the times it was Hyrri, but this one is a bit different - its not "failed to retreat" bug (you kill general, his ghost is stuck in map and it doesnt drop loot)

this time generals hp bar got stuck at some point, he had recharging ES pool which was damageable, but hp was locked.
