Bought the Voidbord Pack 4mo ago, still no merch

I bought the $480 Voidborn support pack, got all the cosmetics, but the t-shirt and hoodie never arrived. I picked both to be with the Searing Exarch, because I liked the aesthetic the most and wanted a memento.
I contacted support by email, and after answering all verification questions, they went silent. Is thee a phone number I can call to finally resolve this? It has been a few months now. Last bumped on Mar 22, 2024, 6:27:46 PM
