sorry for asking.
connected twitch and the game, watched, received the reward, but didn´t log in last night. Now i have time and try to get my backpack. It says - Twitch Microtransactions, Suffering Back Attachment, Mar 22, 2024, 1:03:10 PM and checkmark on the end. Did i loose it, because i did not log in till 6 in the morning? I've taken a look into this, and it appears your Suffering Back Attachment was successfully redeemed, and should be available in the Back Attachments section of your microtransaction stash. If you are still experiencing issues with this, please send us an email at support@grindinggear.com and we will look into this further. :)
