Path of Exile: Suffering Back Attachment

Hello, So I am at 2h:59m of the Twitch stream for probably the 3rd time now and still have not received This loot reward! I do not know what I am doing wrong. I have linked my account from POE to Twitch which it shows. Also under Twitch Connections it shows POE is linked.
