My friends account was banned and support directed me here.

Hi,

I emailed support after my friend was mistakenly banned a while back. The directed me to have my friend make an appeal request via the website.

I'm trying to set everything up here so I can direct my very distraught friend through the process of getting his account back.

I can't seem to find where on the official website he needs to go to in order to request a ban appeal?
