Account Unlock Email

Hi,
I have an account lockout issue and the email with the security code is not sending to my email address. Wondering if this is a delay with servers somewhere or some type of hack or possibly just a coding glitch with what info my account is receiving emails to/from GGG. Ignore this, the email finally was sent after 10minutes
