Textures, enemies, skills invisible for 30s or more / party invites bugged

Before this update frequently textures/ floors/ monsters /attacks have not been rendering (since the last major update). This happens on transition, eg going to arena, and affects the rest of the map of leaving the arena. Happens on XBOX S and X with hardwired connections and ~500 maps download speeds.

With tonight's update, party invites are bugged and would not work as normal. Uncensored items as above still occur and problematic (ie shapers bullet hell)
