Character selection crash on Xbox series x

Hello, for the past three months my game gets hung up every time I try to exit to the character screen from the game. I see that there are multiple bug reports spanning a few years, but I have yet to see any resolution. Please advise if there is anything that can be done correct this situation.

So far, I have tried reinstalling Poe, performing a soft factory reset of my Xbox, and cleaning the cache.
