Constant Crashing

Hello, long time avid fan of Path of Exile here. I'm currently playing on a new XBox Series X. I don't know how much information might be pertinent here, but I've been playing a poison SRS necromancer and have 186 hours played. I haven't encountered any crashes until recently (last 5-10 hours of playtime or so). First crash was in The Sacred Grove with very large pack size, and ever since then I've been experiencing constant game crashes to dashboard. It usually happens in map with a lot of things happening, but also seemingly at random. It once crashed immediately following a death on the load screen. I don't recall doing anything different or changing anything about my character at the time the crashes began, and with all of the different things going on in the game it's hard to pinpoint what it might be. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and that didn't work. Please help. Thanks for your time.
