I can't get support to help me

I requested the ability to gift a pet to boyfriend. I got a reply almost 3 weeks ago asking for more information, which I have sent in several time, no response! I have emailed support a few more times asking what the problem is as to why they have not completed the gift. NO RESPONSE, I have no idea what to do since I've already done what was required to gift someone a gift. Can I please get some help.
