Getting crazy with the mute abuse in Global

Just wanted to say that it's gone crazy how moderated the muting is getting in the Global channel. People spam trade like crazy (even though there is a channel dedicated to it) but general topics seem so heavily moderated that it's not enjoyable.

Saw someone in Global one earlier saying "reported" about 5 times while going through a zone, so I comment [Removed by Support] and bam, muted for 40 minutes.

Is there even an appeal in this game? Seems like that's a bit crazy to be muted for. It's already past regardless, but it seems like a global chat is a little over policed if they're muting players for such ridiculous things.
