Crit Chance Bugged

My character should be around 95% crit if not capped but the game is only registering me around 10% crit chance. It says only 10ish percent in the tool tip and that definitely seems accurate based on my proc'ing of "power charge on crit" and elusive.

I switched to a squire setup just before the patch so I'm not sure if it's the patch or the squire/9L setup. Either way it would be great to have fixed. Thanks!
