Awakened Atlas Keeps UN-Completing itself in Challenges

So I finished Awaked Atlas a few days ago. It has uncompleted itself. So I re-allocated the 3 points I had left un-allocated.
Challenge complete! Achievement marked! IT NOW FOR SOME REASON HAS 131/132 POINTS IN CHALLENGE WITH 132 POINTS FULLY ASSIGNED. I didn't change anything with my atlas tree either, it just did it while I was literally tabbed out looking for blighted maps to buy, but even then it should never unallocated a LEAGUE ACHIEVEMENT. Please fix....
