I lost my steam account

I lost my steam account, because it was hacked (trying to recover it now. with steam support) but if possible, i want to be able to log in my account with standalone, keeping my char, and be able to play with or without steam account. Is it possible to do? I have some transations that i do, i can prove that i am titular of my account. I cant put my email to use standalone because i dont have acess to steam... pls someone help me.
