Timeout during MTX purchase from Specials

Hi, guys,
10-15min ago the thing from the title happened. It was Eclipsed Hideout purchase, so i didn't received hideout, but free affliction mystery box was waiting in my inbox ingame and i guess you need to do something manually in order to receive my purchased hideout.
