Blood Altar ping is loud and not controlled by any (obvious) volume control

I don't do beast crafting much so I'm not sure how long this has been an issue, but tonight when trying to clear out beasts I'm noticing that the 'ping' noise the Blood Altar makes on completion was REALLY loud on it's own, and I play the game on pretty low volume.

I then decided to play around with the sound controls to try and figure out which one that ping might fall under to turn it down, but after a bunch of very loud attempts it does not appear that any of the sliders affect it. Finally I tried setting ALL volume sliders to 0 and it's still playing at the same, loud volume.
