Crossplay on Console and PC

There's currently no crossplay between consoles and PC. If we want to play the game on PC we'd have to buy every microtransaction we bought on console again, which is a problem cause that's a lot of money, also the supporter packs we bought before wont be available on store and the trademarket is more expensive, we pay more for the same item that's listed on PC, please make crossplay available soon, it'll be more fair for everyone. I'd like to buy more supporter packs and microtransactions but that is holding me back, in diablo 4 we can log in the game with the same e-mail on console and PC and use our items and cosmetics in any of the platforms, it would be very good for us if you enable crossplay cause that way we don't get stuck in a single platform due to the microtransacctions we bought there, and will make the economy more fair, I trust GGG can make this possible. Thank you in advance. You said on the interview with Zizaran that if players aren't enjoying something, you will change it, please make it happen a lot of players on console are stuck in this situation.

I second this! Started playing Path of Exile 2 and wish I could get the stuff I bought on my character in POE 1 which I played on PC. Now that I am playing on PS5 console, just wanted to get the same stuff without buying copies of those just because there’s no crossplay for POE 1. Please make this happen! 🙏🏻

i just posted asking about this. even thoug i merged my ps5 and steam accounts, am i not able to use the mtx form ps5 on steam and vice versa ? so many old mtxs saying unable to use in steam client? like wtf why not?

I want to keep playing POE1 but would love to be able to swap from Xbox to PC. Having two merged accounts and different things showing for each is frustrating. Especially since this is a supported feature in POE2.

Hoping with the QoL improvements coming with the next Secrets of atlas league this is one of them.

They really just need to fix this. I perfer POE to POE2 and really want to play with my friends

Not everyone wants this.

Crossplay means crosstrade, which means we would all be stuck in the giant PC trade economy if we want to play trade.

There are a few of us who prefer our small economy on Playstation.

A big economy is not "better" (or "worse"), it's just different.

I personally prefer the "feel" of a small economy.

Also, to those talking about MTX... if you're on Playstation as one of your platforms, Crossplay won't help you. Sony decreed that MTX should be siloed, and GGG has either not yet tried to renegotiate that, or has not yet been successful. MTX bought on Playstation can't be used on PC or XBox, and MTX bought on PC or XBox can't be used on Playstation.

If you're wanting to go back and forth between PC and XBox, you're in luck. But if you want to play on PS5, you'll need some PS-exclusive tabs/etc.
