i am not able to search my account on trading site

for some reason i am not able to get results when i search my account name
but i know my items are there because someone tried to start a trade with me for one of my items and i got the message in game and everything

but i am not able to search my account to see my items for some reason?

i type in my poe account name (hex7) and it always says "no results"

i have the search filters set up correctly (i think), for online i set it to "any"
i have it set to PC

what may be the problem? if people are able to see my items why am i unable to search my account name to see my listed items
