Impossible to play one the Xbox one s

I can play any other online game with no issues. An all has way better graphics then poe. But soon as I try to play poe it's just a lag fest. A legit question, why does poe run like shit with shitty graphics on the Xbox one? I love poe n have for years. I want to know why it can't run on the xbox one s.
