Bug report 3000431309

Last couple hours, every time I die on a map the remaining gates led me to a small arena with nothing in it. And i lose everhing that was on the map.
Happend 2 times already with 2 different maps. Last one was vaal pyramid. Playing on a PS5.

I could be wrong, but that looks like the Trialmaster arena.

Doesn't explain the bug, but I wonder if it's a combination of Trialmaster and Delirium?
