'Ultimate Undertaking' Challenge bug?

Completed two 8-mod Inscribed Ultimatums area level 83 and the challenge doesn't count for me. Is this challenge bugged? Anyone experienced the same issue?

IIRC, there is a bug with this challenge, which should be fixed in our next patch... whenever that is.
