[PS5] Temple of Atzoatl Altar of Sacrifice Jewels are (still) broken

I attempted to make a Transcendent Flesh in the Temple of Atzoatl earlier today. I had the Vial of Transcendence and Tempered Flesh jewel, and the level 3 Altar. Placing them in the altar produced an "action cannot be completed" error. Researching on the forums suggests this bug has affected console since Sanctum league in late 2022 and despite promises that it would fixed, quite evidently has not been.

Can we at least add this to the Known Issues list if we are unable to address whatever is broken with this item?
