Ball Lightning Transfigured Gems

So, I noticed that if you have ball lightning of static in a chest, and you swap it with ball lightning of orbiting it keeps the limit of 3 with a cooldown from ball lightning of static, and it's not supposed to.

I noticed the same thing today while testing all three ball lightning and how they felt. After swapping to another version from the Static Ball Lightning every other skill got stuck with the cooldown as well.
