Did not receive Night Lotus Gloves Challenge Reward

Hi,
Even though I did already complete 24 challenges, i did not receive the gloves from the Challenge Rewards. I did receive everything else though. I also read in the forum that PC players had a similar issue and that it has been fixed. Is there something I can do to receive them or do i need to wait for a fix on your end?
