Voidborn Reliquary Key Disappeard

I was ctrl right clicking items into my curreny tab, I had two voidborn keys and when I pressed the second one (while there was one in the item window of tab) the second one dissappeard.

Not sure if bug or what but I checked all my tabs and couldn't find the second one.
