Non-working technical support

Good evening. My account would have been blocked. I wrote to technical support 2 days ago. For 2 days, all the messages I received - a message asking for some data (which I provided), I never received a response. Does technical support respond to everyone in a few days or am I the only one who is so unique? It's just that technical support used to respond in 30 minutes to 2 hours.

If you have sent us an email regarding this already, then rest assured one of our team will assist you as soon as we can.
They're going super slow right now. I've been waiting for more than two weeks to regain access to my account due to not having my old email account, and people tell me I should expect to wait much longer.

The best (and only) explanation I've gotten so far is that the wave of bans they issued recently is straining their support systems and forcing innocent customers to suffer. Please note that this explanation was not provided by official sources, so I don't know how accurate it is.
